Before you call
What areas do you serve?
Charlotte and all of Mecklenburg, Union and Cabarrus counties, from our base in Mint Hill.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Serge comes to your home, measures, and goes over what you want changed, at no cost and with no obligation. See what happens at the estimate.
How long does a typical remodel take?
It depends on the size of the room, the materials and whether anything behind the walls needs fixing, so we go over the schedule for your project at the estimate. Tub-to-shower conversions are the exception: most take 1 to 2 days.
Can you help with design choices?
Yes. We help you choose the layout, tile and finishes, and you see a 3D rendering of the room before any work starts.
When can I reach you?
Monday to Friday 7 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, at (704) 617-9130.
